The Partners Group, Baldwin Resource Group Merge

Portland, Ore.-based financial services and employee benefit consulting firm The Partners Group has merged with Seattle-based Baldwin Resource Group, a firm with expertise in commercial insurance, enterprise risk management, employee benefits and business consulting. The merger transforms The Partners Group into one of the largest independent financial services, employee benefits and insurance brokerage firms in the Northwest, the companies said.

Baldwin Resource Group brings to the partnership a number of strategic advisory services in the areas of operations, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, litigation support, business continuity planning and more.
