Bell-Anderson Agency Acquires Pacific Insurance

Kent, Wash.-based Bell-Anderson Agency Inc., a regional insurance brokerage, has acquired Pacific Insurance of Spokane, Washi. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Bell-Anderson Agency was formed in 1929 and has offices throughout Washington state.
