Buckman-Mitchell Promotes Swanson, Fussel

Visalia, Calif.-based insurance agency Buckman-Mitchell Inc. has promoted Brent Swanson to president and chief operating officer, and Judy Fussel to president and chief operating officer of Buckman-Mitchell Financial & Insurance Services, the employee benefit department of Buckman-Mitchell Inc.

Swanson was previously senior vice president. He joined Buckman-Mitchell in 1986.

Fussel Buckman-Mitchell in 1985, and has been managing the 20-employee employee benefit department. Beginning her career with the Prudential Insurance Co., Fussel has been in the life and health insurance industry for 38 years.
