Networked Insurance Agents Promotes Three to Assistant VPs
Networked Insurance Agents of Grass Valley, Calif., has promoted three managers. Mike Carrington and Joann Webb were promoted to assistant vice presidents, commercial lines. In his new role, Carrington will be responsible for the account management renewal team and affiliate services. Webb assumes control for all commercial lines new business placement for Networked. Scott Smith, assistant vice president, personal lines, manages the firm’s growing $30 million personal lines.
Carrington joined Networked in 2007. Webb came aboard in 2004 and Smith in 2003. All have broad insurance backgrounds. They join Brent Humes, Melissa Masles, Paula Joudrey, Jim Simmons and Jamie Madrigal on the senior management team for the privately- held aggregator.
Networked provides independent agencies a variety of services including access to more than 50 carriers. Member agents in 11 western states write business in all states. Networked was founded in 1991 by Lee Johnson.
