Arizona Department of Insurance Closes Tucson Office

Due to budget reductions, the Arizona Department of Insurance is closing its Tucson office located at 400 W. Congress St., #152, effective Feb. 20, 2009.

People seeking DOI services are being directed to the office in Phoenix at 2910 N. 44th Street, # 210, Phoenix, AZ 85018-7269.
