Civil Service Employees Insurance Group Names Brinker Executive VP-Products & Support

San Francisco-based Civil Service Employees Insurance Group has promoted David Brinker to executive vice president, Products & Support from senior vice president, Products & Support.

For the past six years, Brinker has led all functions related to CSE Insurance’s product development and management, as well as all departments supporting the operations of the company. With this promotion, he further expands his responsibilities to also include all business development and marketing for the company.

Brinker joined CSE Insurance as senior vice president, IT & CIO in 1998. He was named senior vice president, Products & Support in 2002. Prior to CSE, he worked as director and vice president with Delphi Information Systems Inc., and he also worked at Insurnet Inc. before the company was purchased by Delphi.
