Loustalot Joins Thoits Insurance as Vice President

Thoits Insurance Service Inc. has named David Loustalot vice president working out of the company’s Santa Cruz and San Jose, Calif., offices.

Loustalot left his position as a retail analyst to begin his insurance career with a regional insurance brokerage firm. During this time, he graduated from the Hartford School of Insurance and earned a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation.
