Access E&S Insurance Services of La Mesa, Calif., has named Mike Menegus senior broker, responsible for bringing in new agents and new business with an emphasis on professional lines including errors and omissions, medical malpractice, directors’ and officers, employment practices liability and tenant discrimination.

Menegus has 23 years of experience and most recently was an underwriter at CNA.
