Quintanilla Named Broker Manager for Calif. State Fund

Richard Quintanilla has been promoted to broker relations manager for California State Compensation Insurance Fund’s Marketing Department.

Quintanilla started his State Fund career in 1989 when he was hired as a customer services representative for the organization’s San Francisco District Office. He joined the Marketing Department in 1998 as a preferred broker representative. His most current assignment was as supervisor of Marketing’s Preferred/Select Broker Unit.
