Utah’s Workers Compensation Fund Announces Promotions

The Workers Compensation Fund in Salt Lake City has made several promotions.

Ray Pickup has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer. Pickup has been with WCF for 14 years and most recently served as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He will oversee the operations of WCF’s departments and will work directly with the company’s five senior vice presidents.

Additionally, Debi Mofford has been named senior vice president of information technology; Scott Westra has been named senior vice president of finance; and Mike Willard has been named vice president of finance.
