Farmers Insurance’s University Receives Awards
The University of Farmers, founded by Farmers Insurance Group of Companies in Agoura Hills, Calif., has received five top learning and development awards from the Corporate University Xchange (CUX), a provider of corporate education research, benchmarking and advisory services.
Farmers received the awards at the 8th Annual gala CUX Awards for Excellence and Innovation in Corporate Learning held in Orlando, Fla. February 27th. The CUX awards salute corporate and government learning organizations that create exciting, impactful programs that result in measurable improvements in employee and business performance.
Farmers was recognized for alignment, marketing, measurement, and launching the new corporate university. The school offers training to 15,000 Farmers agents; 500 district managers; and 10,000 claims staff.
