Independent Solutions United Names Tomsen SVP

Tim Tomsen has been name senior vice president, Emerging National Accounts, for Rancho Cordova-based Independent Solutions United. Independent Solutions United is a member of Pacific Interstate Insurance the oldest insurance agency in Rancho Cordova, operating since 1959.

Previously, Tomsen was the national marketing manager for ISU International of San Francisco. In addition to his most recent role, he held positions including Zurich small business underwriter, Equifax Services account executive and United Pacific Insurance senior commercial field systems analyst. He has been recognized as a Certified Workers Compensation Specialist (CWCS) .

Tomsen will report to Kirby Wells, president of Independent Solutions United.
