Abram Interstate Insurance Services Inc. in Rocklin, Calif., is offering coverage for owner-occupied condos, hard-to-place rental or secondary/seasonal condos, and units rented by tenants in California. Coverage is written on a HO-6 and HO-4 form modified to cover these risks.

Coverage can be packaged with increased personal liability and/or a personal articles floater. Coverage for loss of use or rental income available. Replacement cost on contents available. The coverage is being provided by a nonadmitted carrier, rated “A+,” XV. Minimum deductible is $500.
