Hull & Co is offering a new custom home builders program in California. The company will entertain risks with 20 starts per year or less. Remodelers and renovations are acceptable. Occurrence or claims made and reported. Prior acts is available.

The program targets risks generating in excess of $500,000 annual revenue. Minimum premiums are $40,000.

Coverage is provided by an “A-” VIII rated carrier.
