Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation Hosts Networking, Educational Program
The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation based in Walnut Creek, Calif., will present a networking and educational program on Thursday, May 11 at the Richard Nixon Library in Yorba Linda, Calif. Reception begins at 4 p.m., followed by presentations from 5:15 – 7:30 p.m.
The agenda has been expanded with the addition of Erin Runnion, founder and director of The Joyful Child Foundation – In Memory of Samantha Runnion. Previously announced speakers and topics include Robert Danzig, CEO, Hearst Newspapers, speaking about “Common Seeds in Harvesters of Hope,” and Jim Woods, managing partner at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Green & MacRae LLP, speaking on “Insurance Issues Arising from Hurricane Katrina.”
Tickets remain available at $150 per person. Price includes library admission, cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres, and speaker presentations. Guests are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the exhibits and gallery tours.
Proceeds benefit the Insuring the Children program of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation, dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect in Orange County.
