Axiom Offers General Liability Coverage for California Contractors

Axiom Specialty Insurance Services, Victorville, Calif., is offering primary general liability for residential and commercial contractors, including general contractors and subcontractors, in California. THere is no restriction on track homes or tract size, or on the amount of work subcontracted. New ventures are welcomed, provided the company receives a resume for the owners. Exclusions can be bought back for: Condo/townhomes, HOA work, course of roofing limitation, open flame, torch down and torch off roofing.

Policy limits are $1 million/$2 million/$1 million. The deductible is $1,000. And the minimum premium is $1,200. Manuscript form based upon ISO CG 00 01 12 04.
