Hull Offers New GL Product for California Custom Home Builders

Hull & Company announced a new GL product (Occurrence Form) for California Custom Home Builders. Domestic US Insurance Carrier – AM Best ‘A’ VIII Rated (E&S Paper)

The target business is high end custom home builders and builders with less than 10 individual homes per year.

Form is ISO 2001 GL; minimum Premium is $25,000

Underwriting information required includes an Acord form; JHI 2004 Construction Supplemental application; and a five year loss record (supported by currently valued loss run). Some risks with less than five years experience maybe considered with a resume/statement of qualification.
