WSS Announces New RHQ Homeowner Insurance Quoting System
Western Security Surplus Insurance Brokers recently introduced a new real time, on-line homeowners insurance system – WSS RHQ Program.
Agents can now quote and request binding of approved Homeowner applications in minutes, according to Richard L. Polizzi, president of Western Security Surplus Insurance Brokers Inc. (WSS). Available through their personal lines division in Los Alamitos, and easily accessed on line – www.WSSRHQbroker.com, the WSS RHQ program is showing appreciation for the success by lowering the rates and increasing commission to 15 percent.
The program is underwritten by a California approved, non-admitted carrier and rated “A” XV Excellent by A.M. Best. The program is available on a direct bill basis and financing is available.
Guidelines & Coverages
WSS’ RHQ offers HO 3 with 125 percent Replacement Dwelling on homes with values from $100,000 – $750,000. “All Risk” on dwelling and named perils on contents is included. Loss of Use is standard 20 percent and loss assessment is $5,000. Liability limit is $300,000. Homes built since 1945 are eligible and up to two losses in three years is acceptable.
WSS brokers in good standing are assigned an ID and password to enter the program. Client information is input and within minutes, WSSRHQbroker.com will either decline or approve the submission. If declined, WSS advises they have other HO markets in which to place the risks. www.WSSRHQbroker.com is an exclusive for WSS brokers. New agents are invited to visit the WSS website to download a Producer Agreement and submit for appointment with WSS.
