Cascade/Amstar has available a program for miscellaneous E&O including service and technical professional liability. Available are many custom forms designed specifically for particular businesses. E&O form with GL-Claims Made/Occurrence is available. Service and technical professional application and policy specifically designed to streamline handling of accounts with receipts under $1,000,000. Call for appointment.

Policy limits of $5 million per occurrence, $5 million aggregate. Deductibles starting at $1,000. Minimum premiums $5,000 for $1 million limit.

The carrier is rated “A,” non-admitted market.
