ICAT Promotes Kelly to President, Chief

Colorado-based catastrophe insurance specialist International Catastrophe Insurance Managers, LLC (ICAT) announced the promotion of Ed Kelly to president and chief operating officer.

Kelly previously served as ICAT’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Prior to joining ICAT, Kelly served as vice-president and chief financial officer of Royal & Sun Alliance’s Specialty Division in Monterey, Calif., where he was responsible for overall financial and accounting operations. He also served as vice president of Finance and Operations for C.E. Heath Compensation and Liability Insurance Co., and as a senior manager for Ernst & Young with tenures in both the U.S. and internationally.
