Summit Global Partners Enters California, Appoints Former Aon Exec Sands as CEO

International insurance brokerage and consulting company Summit Global Partners has expanded into California with Russell “Russ” Sands at the helm as Chairman and CEO of Summit Global Partners Insurance Services.

Dallas-based Summit Global Partners offers risk-management consulting, property casualty insurance brokerage, employee benefits, and Internet-based training to corporate clients.

Sands joins the company from Aon Risk Services where he was previously chairman of Aon Risk Services – Northern California.
