Prudential California Realty, Tanner Insurance Brokers Join to Sell HO Coverage

Homeowners will soon be able to buy homeowners insurance through their realtors, thanks to a joint venture between Prudential California Realty and Tanner Companies, LLC, one of the largest regional brokers in California.

The new venture will be called Home Source Insurance Brokers, LLC. Policies will be available to the general public, whether or not purchasers are existing customers of PCR or Tanner.

Plans call for starting the program in the Pleasanton area later this month, with expansion planned along the Interstate 680 corridor and into the rest of Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
