Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton Co. Acquires Red Hawk Insurance Services

Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton Company has acquired substantially all of the operating assets of Red Hawk Insurance Services, Inc., an insurance agency in San Diego, Calif. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. In addition to offering traditional insurance and risk management products and services, Red Hawk operates a managing general agency specializing in insurance programs tailored for specific businesses.

Among Red Hawk’s programs are those providing coverage for towing services and used car dealers. Red Hawk will continue to operate from its present location under the direction of Michael Janes, HRH’s West Regional Director.
