Two Florida Industry Veterans Launch Growth Platform for Agencies
Two veteran Florida insurance agency owners have launched a growth platform for agencies, aimed at helping them build better businesses, carrier relationships and lead generation.
Kingdom Growth Partners, based in Jacksonville, is led by David Wilson, national director with American Family Agency; and Norman Sapp, of First Florida Insurance. They said the idea is to help independent agencies become better businesses—”not simply providing access to insurance markets.”
The two have worked together for years. More than 25 years ago, they said, they helped establish one of Florida’s first agency growth networks. The KGP platform is built on that experience and will provide access to systems that can help agencies grow more efficiently, including iReferralPro, Kingdom’s proprietary lead generation and lead-management platform, the two said in a news release.
Kingdom Growth also offers a captive-to-independent transition program to help experienced captive insurance professionals successfully establish independent agencies.
The team hopes to eventually expand its reach to agencies throughout the Southeastern United States and beyond.
