Relation Acquires South Carolina-Based Perry

Relation Insurance Services, Inc. has acquired the assets of South Carolina-based Perry Insurance Group, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Perry provides personal and commercial lines insurance throughout South Carolina and is headquartered in Lexington, South Carolina, with multiple locations throughout the state.

Perry further expands Relation’s capabilities across South Carolina across small commercial, middle market commercial, and personal lines coverages. David Perry will continue with Relation as a leader in Relation Select.

Based in Walnut Creek, Calif., Relation Insurance Services is an insurance brokerage that offers risk-management and benefits-consulting services across the United States.
