How Acceptance Insurance of Tennessee Is Responding to Crisis
Acceptance Insurance has committed to helping its employees and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic through continued pay, home goods donations and safe working conditions, according to a statement from the company.
Acceptance Insurance is staffing field offices in order to be available to customers and handle claims. It has suspended late fees and extended payment deadlines.
For customers who do not have easy access to the internet to those who prefer to pay for their services in cash, Acceptance Insurance said it is ensuring it can serve everyone through its more than 340 retail locations throughout the United States.
“We’re working hard to give our team members the tools and support they need to go above and beyond for our customers, while keeping them safe during these unprecedented times,” said Acceptance Insurance President and COO Larry Willeford.
