EPIC Completes Acquisition of Atlanta-Based Prime Risk Partners
EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants and Prime Risk Partners Inc. have officially joined forces. The transaction previously announced on October 15 has closed.
Prime Risk Partners will bring insurance professionals dedicated to providing tailored coverage to help their clients manage a range of risks. Prime Risk Partners employs a highly consultative approach to commercial insurance, personal insurance, risk management and employee benefits consulting services.
