Monarch E&S Insurance Services Opens Florida Branch

Monarch E&S Insurance Services, a division of SPG Insurance Solutions, a full-service MGA and wholesale broker, has opened a new branch in Florida. The new branch is part of the company’s plans to expand its reach nationwide.

The Southeast branch will be run by Arthur Falconi and his team, formerly known as Agents Access Insurance. The Southeast team’s capabilities complement Monarch’s offerings by adding expertise in coastal wind exposures and providing retailers with access to standard carriers.

The new team will also offer Monarch’s product stable to East Coast clients.

According to Derek Borisoff, president and CEO of Monarch E&S, the opening of the Southeast branch and new management team will position Monarch to expand geographically and offer its products and expertise to retail broker partners across the country.

Monarch recently appointed a new management team to support its expansion goals. These positions have been filled with long term Monarch employees’ Devon Borisoff as vice president of Carrier Relations; Phillip Morton as vice president of Commercial Lines; Stefanie McLeod as vice president of Personal Lines; and Matt Merkle as vice president of Operations.
