Florida Peninsula Insurance Launches Online Quoting for Homeowners Coverage
Florida Peninsula Insurance Company, a Florida homeowner insurance carrier, has launched a new online system offering homeowners insurance quotes to consumers.
According to Clint Strauch, president of Florida Peninsula system allows Florida consumers to shop and compare coverage and price, along with the ability to reach out to a licensed agent should they have any questions.
In May 2016, Edison Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Florida Peninsula Insurance Company, began offering home insurance quotes online. Homeowners visiting either company’s website for a quote will automatically receive one from both Florida Peninsula and Edison, and can compare rates and coverage between the two companies and against their current rate.
Florida Peninsula Insurance Company offers multi-peril homeowners insurance, currently insuring more than 130,000 homes, condo and apartment units located throughout the state. Florida Peninsula markets through a network of 2,500 independent insurance agents.
