USI Appoints Deskins as Bond Manager for Kentucky

USI Insurance Services has added Randy Deskins to the USI MidSouth region as its bond manager. Based in the USI Louisville, Ky., office, Deskins will be responsible for managing the service delivery of surety clients and surety carrier relationships throughout the state of Kentucky.

According to John S. Meehan, regional chief executive officer for the USI MidSouth region, the move supports USI’s investment in new people and its plan to grow its marketshare.

Before joining USI, Deskins was with Cincinnati Insurance Co. as a surety manager. Prior to that, he was a bond manager at Westfield Surety and an underwriter at F&D.

USI is an insurance brokerage and consultant in property-casualty, employee benefits, personal risk services, retirement, program and specialty products.
