EPIC Adds Shepherd in Southeast for Multinational Accounts
Retail insurance broker EPIC has added Annette Shepherd as a multinational placement specialist and account executive on its risk management team in the Southeast.
Shepherd brings 30 years of insurance and risk management experience, including 10 years as a multinational placement broker. Prior to joining EPIC, Shepherd spent 30 years with Marsh USA. Before entering the insurance business, she served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps based in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
In her new role, Shepherd will work with Henry Shurling, senior vice president of International Business, providing client advisory support, global program development, and placement of foreign coverage for EPIC clients.
EPIC, which reports $150 million in revenues, is headquartered in California’s Silicon Valley. Its partners include private equity firms The Carlyle Group and Stone Point Capital.
