North Carolina’s Strickland Acquires Carolina Insurance Services

Strickland Insurance Brokers said it has acquired Carolina Insurance Service Inc.

Carolina Insurance is a managing general agent that serves agents in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The company is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

The Goldsboro, North Carolina-based Strickland, a subsidiary of the Strickland Insurance Group, represents more than 20 companies that provide property, general liability, commercial auto liability, professional liability, and other products to 1,200 retail agents in the southeast.
