Walker Named VP of Litigation Management at Kentucky’s IPISC
Intellectual Property Insurance Services Corp. (IPISC), based in Louisville, Kentucky, has appointed Sandra Walker as vice president of Litigation Management.
Walker’s chief responsibility is to assist Insureds with the management of their intellectual property litigation.
IPISC’s insurance offers products designed to help safeguard a company’s intellectual property and its right to sell products. The Abatement (Enforcement) policy reimburses the litigation expenses to enforce a company’s IP against alleged infringers. The Defense policy reimburses the litigation expenses to defend against charges of infringing another’s IP rights by the products or services the Insured is selling, and can cover potential damages or settlements.
