Public Hearing In Mississippi to Highlight Coastal Insurance Issues
The Mississippi House of Representatives Insurance Committee will host a public hearing to discuss housing and insurance issues in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina, Gustav and Ike.
State Rep. and Chairman Walter Robinson Jr., along with members of the House Insurance Committee, Insurance Commissioner Mike Chaney, Deputy Commissioner Lee Harrell and staff members of the Insurance Department will be on hand at the hearing.
The hearing is scheduled for Sept. 30 at 6 p.m. at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center in Biloxi, Miss.
