Georgia Insurance Agency Announces Acquisition of Magnum OPUS

Carrollton, Ga.-based Britt/Paulk Insurance Agency Inc., acquired Idaho-based Magnum OPUS and all of its assets in a transaction that took effect on Jan.1.

Magnum OPUS will begin operating as the Britt/Paulk Boise, Idaho branch office. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Magnum OPUS was founded in 2005 and provides specialized package insurance products to the agriculture and food processing industry through vertical insurance integration. With the addition of Magnum Opus, Britt/Paulk will be offering a nationwide Commercial Agriculture Package Program.
