The Mack Group Completes Insurance Depot Purchase

The Mack Group Inc., a full-service independent agency located in Boca Raton, Fla. announced that it has completed the purchase of Insurance Depot. Located on Bird Road in Miami, Insurance Depot provides property and casualty products to businesses and to their community.

“It was a good investment for us.” said CEO Jay Mack. “But more importantly it gives us a presence in Miami and the ability to have a base for our sales team that will allow us to give better service to our current and future clients.”

With this acquisition and its recent takeover of Coverall Concept Insurance, The Mack Group (www.mackinsurance.com) now writes more than $45 million in premiums.
