Infinity P&C Corp. Declares Dividend

Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation of Birmingham, Ala., announced that it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05-1/2 per share of Infinity Property and Casualty common stock.

The dividend is payable on August 28, 2003 to holders of record on August 18, 2003.
