Brown & Brown Declares Cash Dividend

Florida-based Brown & Brown Inc. announced its board of directors has approved a re regular quarterly cash dividend of $.0475 per share.

The dividend is payable on Aug. 21 to shareholders of record on Aug. 7, 2002.
