World Acquires Texas’ Zoom Insurance

World Insurance Associates announced that it acquired the business of Zoom Insurance of Irving, Texas on July 1, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Zoom offers insurance solutions to individuals, families, businesses, and specialty organizations. They specialize in convenience stores and gas stations.

Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel, and Foretrust advised World on the transaction. MW Law provided legal counsel to Zoom. No other advisors, diligence firms or legal counsel were disclosed.
