Warner Pacific Acquires Texas’ Ashmore Agency

Warner Pacific announced it has completed its acquisition of the General Agency of Ashmore Agency, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1984 by Elizabeth “Beth” Ashmore and her husband Will Ashmore, and headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, Ashmore Agency is a general agency providing employee benefits consulting. Elizabeth “Beth” Ashmore, co-owner of Ashmore Agency, will continue to support the Company as a consultant.

Warner Pacific is a general agency for many of the nation’s largest insurance carriers. Warner Pacific provides insurance brokers and agents in California, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, and Minnesota, with sales assistance, innovative technology, and back-office service.
