Inszone Acquires Texas’ Brazos Valley Insurance Agency

Inszone Insurance Services announced its 15th acquisition in the state of Texas with the successful integration of Brazos Valley Insurance Agency. The move further solidifies Inszone’s commitment to enhancing its presence in the Texas market and marks another significant milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion.

Brazos Valley Insurance Agency was established on January 1, 1988, through the merger of two early 20th-century agencies: Dumos & Goble Insurance Agency and Smith-SoRelle Insurance Agency. The agency offers personal and commercial insurance.

Clients of Brazos Valley Insurance Agency can expect a smooth transition, with the agency’s existing office in Waco remaining open. The merger will also grant clients access to an expanded array of resources and a broader spectrum of insurance solutions offered by Inszone Insurance Services.
