USI Insurance Services announced the acquisition of Odessa, Texas-based Hignojos Insurance Agency.

Founded in 2009, Hignojos Insurance Agency is an independent brokerage firm specializing in commercial and personal risk insurance programs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
