Inszone Acquires Texas’ Proctor Insurance
Inszone Insurance Services announced the acquisition of Proctor Insurance, providing the fifth acquisition in the state of Texas.
Based in Houston, Proctor offers business and personal lines and specializes in hotels and motels. The agency was founded by Jeff Proctor in 1988.
