Arthur J. Gallagher Acquires Serna Insurance Agency in Texas

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Serna Insurance Agency, based in Humble, Texas.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2001 by Pete and Martha Serna, Serna Insurance Agency offers private client, personal lines and commercial insurance products and services to clients throughout Texas and in surrounding states. Pete, Martha and their associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Jeff Saunders, head of Gallagher’s U.S. personal lines operations.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, is headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
