Brown Tapped as IIAT’s Account Manager of the Year
The Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) has named Ronda Brown, with Texas Associates Insurors in Austin, Account Manager of the Year.
This award is given annually to an account manager in Texas who exemplifies outstanding leadership and service to the independent agency system and to the public at large.
Brown began her insurance career in 1990 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and has worked exclusively in the independent agency system since. She has been with Texas Associates Insurors for the last 18 years. In her current position, she is responsible for commercial new business marketing and placement.
Brown has served on her agency’s E&O and social committees and was a founding member of their wellness committee. She served on the inaugural CSR Advisory Council for Service Lloyds Insurance Co. and has since served on agent councils for Texas Mutual Insurance Co., CNA Insurance Cos. and FCCI Insurance Co. She holds the CIC, CRM, CISR and ACSR designations.
