K&K Insurance Buys Client Portfolio of Texas’ Pullen Insurance Services

Fort Wayne, Indiana-based K&K Insurance Group Inc. has purchased the book of business of Pullen Insurance Services Inc., headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.

Specializing in the placement of insurance coverage for amateur sports risks, Pullen is recognized for its expertise and has partnered with K&K Insurance for many years to provide clients with insurance solutions to ensure their financial security.

As part of the initial integration of accounts, Dan Pullen assumes the position of program director, Sports Division in Fort Worth. Pullen’s responsibilities will include the management of K&K’s youth soccer business.

In business since 1952, K&K Insurance Group Inc., a subsidiary of Aon plc, is a managing general underwriter offering insurance products and services to the sports, motorsports, recreation, leisure and entertainment industries.
