NSM Acquires Louisiana’s KBK Insurance Group

NSM Insurance Group has acquired the assets of Harahan, Louisiana-based program manager, KBK Insurance Group.

With over 25 years of experience, KBK specializes in the towing and transportation industries.

NSM Insurance Group is continuing to grow organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions. NSM said its ambition is to be the leading provider of niche insurance programs in North America and the UK.

NSM Insurance Group is a subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd.
