Tower Hill Specialty offers a range of coverages for homes valued up to $500,000, including owner, seasonal/secondary, vacant and tenant occupied properties. Aspen MGA and THS will be offering Dwelling Fire (DP-1&DP-3), Homeowners (HO-3), Manufactured/Mobile Homeowners, and Condominium (HO-6) through Tower Hill Prime Insurance Company which has an A- rating from A.M. Best.
