Texas Sets Workers’ Comp Discount, Interest Rate at 5.58%

The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation has set the workers’ comp interest/discount rate for April 1 through June 30, 2018, at 5.58 percent.

This rate is computed by using the treasury constant maturity rate for one-year U.S. treasury bills, 2.08 percent, plus 3.5 percent
