Texas Seeks Comments on Windstorm Inspection Rule
The Texas Department of Insurance is seeking comments on an informal working draft of amendments that would update the rule relating to items not requiring inspection for the purposes of windstorm and hail insurance coverage through the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association.
The posting is intended to gather comments from the public and is not a formal publication for rulemaking.
Submit comments to Sam Nelson, Director, Inspections Office, at Sam.Nelson@tdi.texas.gov. The deadline to submit comments is 5 p.m., Central time, March 21, 2016.
There will be another opportunity to submit comments when the rule proposal is published in the Texas Register.
